Outlined below is a typical process for setting up no risk consultancy with 100% Effective Consulting.
Step 1 - 100% Effective Consultancy will spend time in your company conducting a diagnostic. This could be companywide or in a specific area. This enables us to identify where we can make improvements, how long it will take and to assess area such as data accuracy and reliability
Step 2 - 100% Effective Consultancy will suggest an approach, where to focus effort and how much we believe we can improve your business. We may at this point have to decline the risk reward option due to the lack of reliable data to give us a datum to measure improvement from. If this is the case then we can still help but we would discuss different options
Step 3 - Jointly we would develop the contract and the key measurable for the projects.
We would identify all the current improvement you are or are planning to make so we can factor them into our targets.
Step 4 - With an agreed contract one or more 100% Effective Consultants would work inside your organisation for a period of time, generally this is 6 - 12 weeks. During this time we would need access to your workforce and data. We would also need some of your people's time to make the solutions work in your business. The consultants would not only identify the issues in detail but also implement solutions
Step 5 - over a period of time agreed in the contract we would monitor the improvements. Once everyone is happy that the improvements are embedded in the organisation then we sign off on the improvements and set up the reward element of the contract
Step 6 - we would take payment of the reward over a period of time again agreed in the contract. We would not expect one lump sum but payment over a period of time to assist with cash flow.
Typically improvements of 10-50% are achieved and if we don't achieve the designated number you don't need to pay us.

This would be agreed at the contract stage but we typically take payment over a 6 month period. Payment would be based on the first year's annualised savings we generate by improving your processes and we would take payment each month. All of this would be discussed at the contract stage.
If we agree to a risk reward contract then you wouldn't pay anything until the improvements have been achieved in line with the contract. Effectively giving you Free consultancy
The project can be any size or from any area of a company. We can work on multiple projects to improve your business. All we ask is that the project is large enough to give a return which makes it worthwhile for our consultants.
Unfortunately for our risk reward consultancy we need to be able to put a line in the sand or have a datum to compare the current process to the new improved process. If your data is not reliable enough or doesn't exist then we would have to discuss the best way to proceed which may be risk and reward but not in the traditional manner. If we jointly decide that the risk reward free consultancy will not be beneficial on both sides then we would look at other ways to work with you. This is typically done on a day fee basis. We would however always be looking for ways to work together for mutual benefit.
