Strategic Business Partners (UK) Ltd was founded in 1999.

Strategic Business Partners offer support to organisations from start ups to multinational organisations.  The support and advice given is always logical and based on common sense, which is the key reason for our success.

Based in York, UK, we have offices in Europe, the USA and Australia. 

Business Improvement is a passion for MD and founder John Wellwood. The fundamental aim is to pass on the knowledge of how to improve a business but also to aid businesses who do not have the time or resources to do it themselves.  This is why training is always a part of our consultancy. 

We help our client companies to implement the vital elements of operational business improvement, including processes in manufacturing, in finance and working capital management, in supply chain, in procurement, in sales and human resources.  We are passionate about improving businesses in a simple and speedy way.  We train and coach your people so that they change the way they work permanently.
