• A lack of marketing - reliance on one customer
• Lack of knowledge in running a business and preperation for running a business
• Poor planning and strategy for the business
• Lack of support
• Legislation
• Bad debt

In view of this information SBP are offering the following:

• A visit from a consultnat, completely free of charge or obligation on your part, to assess the viability and the feasibility of the venture on behalf of the principals.
• Assistance with the preparation of business plans, cashflow forecasts, cash needs, marketing plans and sales plans, premises suitability, arranging finance if necessary, using government and local schemes where applicable, negotiations on behalf of the principals with financial backers etc.
• Following the successful launch of the new company a further twelve months support will be available on the Business Development Program.
