EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING - Personnel Development

' Tell me, and I will forget.  Show me, and I may remember.  Involve me, and I will understand.'

This is the basis of experiential learning.  Put simply it is learning by doing and reflection. 

SBP have been using these concepts since we started as it is without question the most effective way to pass on learning.  We run games, simulations and exercises in all our training as well as Kaizen events and coaching and  mentoring.  These activities don't just ensure learning but make the who activity fun, another key element in the learning process.

If you need to implement change or train personnel in lean principles etc then using sound psychological principles that use specially designed tools that replicates, simulates and rehearses the activity commands the attention of the staff intellectually, physically and emotionally
